Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched within one week of purchase. This includes time to make made-to-order jewellery. Delivery time is additional to the dispatch time.

UK delivery:
• Royal Mail Tracked 48: £4.76
• Royal Mail Special Delivery: £8.35

Special Delivery applies after dispatch and does not shorten the time needed to make your jewellery.

Free local collection is available in Rhoose, Vale of Glamorgan, by prior arrangement. Collection details are provided privately after ordering. No walk-in visits.
