For online purchases, including earrings, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to cancel. You then have another 14 days to send the jewellery back.

To arrange a return, use our website’s Contact page and include your order number. Return instructions and the return address will be provided privately. Please package your jewellery securely.

If an item is faulty or arrives damaged please contact us to arrange a return and an appropriate remedy under your statutory rights. The change-of-mind return period does not limit these rights.

Your statutory rights are unaffected by this policy.
